...to relieve stress is to pick up a healthy lifestyle. Go for a walk. I've picked up running on a regular basis & it feels great. It is a healthy way to cope with what's bringing you down. That's why I love ending my day with a run & some good music. Lately, I'm having a hard time feeling better when I run, though. It's like, I'm still thinking about everything, & I'm using it to run harder or run longer. Before, I would just feel free.
I got a tough battle on my hands.
