A Day On The North Shore...

Today was a day well spent. Woke up early, snacked on some poptarts, chilled on the computer, & watched some of the Michael Jackson ceremony. Then, I got a call from Mason about going snorkeling out on the North Shore. It was super random so I was more than down for it. Got picked up, went to grab Sterling, & off to pick up Keith. Listening to some good jams the whole car ride there. Passing Waimea, it started to rain fat drops. It didn't bum us out at all. Our first stop, we experienced some trippy stuff & non-stop laughing. Some good times that'd take about a day for me to explain through this. Ask me in person. Anyway, we didn't do much at our first stop (which I forgot the name of). So, we went more down from where we were, parked, & walked down this enchanted path made of sand & dirt. That beach was sick. It was like Sunset back in the summer of '07, but way better. The water felt like ice, but it was relaxing. The water was crystal clear & deep. We had snorkeling goggles on which magnified everything underwater. So, we're underwater, noticing that there was just a sudden drop in the sand that put us in really deep waters. It was sick. We eventually came out & chilled on the sand. Again...had some good laughs. Haha, then it was off to get some grinds at Foodland. Took it to Ehukai, where we sat in this little shady area where the bush would hunch over like a roof. Unfortunately, these 2 bumblebees wanted some action so we got out of there. The water at Ehukai was also pretty cold, but it felt nice. Chilled there for a good while as we ate some Arare & Air Heads. Heading back, we stopped at this other place, I have no idea what it's called. But we walked along this path with trees & sand & really mellow shorebreaks. We walked to this rocky "point" where the sharp rocks made homes for fish & crabs. We messed around with the crabs there for awhile. Then it was back to the car, & off to Keith's house where he made us portugese sausage, eggs, & rice as we watched 50 First Dates. Cherry.
