Flickr's Explored

So, tonight, I did the usual & jumped on Flickr. I had notifications on my latest upload & as I was reading though them, someone commented me saying Congrats on getting explored. I was like, "what?!" For those of you who aren't familiar with Flickr's Explore, they take 500 photos that are the most popular for the whole day. I mean 500 sounds a lot, but there's millions of photos on Flickr. I always wondered how to get explored on Flickr. I read about it & there's nothing you could do, but just upload a photo, & if people dig your stuff...then there you go. It's based on views, favorites, how many people view that photos, comments, pretty much all that interactive stuff. I was just super stoked, man. Under Flickr's FAQ page, there's a question asking how do you get explored. It's extremely hard, apparently. Flickr put it as "Just think of winning the lottery without all the money". It was quite an accomplishment that I never really tried to accomplish. But thanks to all who dig my stuff, means a lot.
