Father Psalms

Got to see Father Psalms jam last night. I thought they were sick at Pipeline, but last night at Tropics?! They held it down, man. It was super packed. Probably the hottest show I ever went to, too. But y'know, it was so worth it. Like what Aaron said, it was definately like an All-Star show because they featured some of the sickest singers in the roots music community. The sickest was Mike Love coming up & singing two songs. Fucking. Amazing. That was a pretty sick sight, Mike Love & FP killing the stage for all of us who came out. The vibes were right as usual. And of course, we had that after-the-show "high" & just talked about how sick the show was & how it was worth it. I have to thank Chayne again for spotting me, too. I couldn't have enjoyed it if it wasn't for him.

& again, I'm excited for an upcoming show. Probably just as excited when I saw Dubkonscious live at Tropics for the first time. September 4th @ Tropics is The Ionz & A'a Mele. I've been waiting the longest time to see A'a Mele. Being that we ALWAYS go out to support The Ionz, it's going to be one hell of a show. Can't wait for this one.
